I am on a magnificent adventure learning about health. I am a Registered Nurse and I feel it is important for everyone to take charge of their own health. I am ever learning how to do this myself and constantly experience pitfalls and challenges in this endeavor. Having just finished school, I feel I have reached a new segment in my own journey to find optimal health. As I experiment and learn, I want to share. I love essential oils (DoTERRA!), herbs, gardening, learning toxin free living, working on sustainability, studying about all the elements of healthy lifestyles and learning practical application of science.
